How to register
Event registration for all events relating to the Tech Summerfest is being
handled by Portal Synergy.
Option 1 -
Register Online with real time credit card payments on the
Portal Synergy website.
Option 2 - You can download the registration form in Word format.

This form should be completed and returned by fax to 07 3103 4692 or emailed to sales@portalsynergy.com.au.
Payment options
Portal Synergy is able to accept cheques, direct deposits or credit card
payments (Visa, Mastercard & American Express). Government and
corporate clients can also provide a signed purchase order to secure places
at the Tech Summerfest. Please note that tax invoices and credit card
charges will be provided in the name of Portal Synergy Pty Ltd.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation of Training by Portal Synergy
A full refund will be made on any course cancelled by Portal Synergy Pty
Ltd. Portal Synergy Pty Ltd reserves the right to change or revise any
course, should this occur, all participants will be given at least 48 hours
notice and a full refund will apply. If the student prefers to be
transferred to another course of the same value, Portal Synergy Pty Ltd will
do this at no additional cost if another course is available. Portal Synergy
Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for costs incurred due to course
cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellation of Training by Attendee
The Attendee must provide Portal Synergy Pty Ltd 48 hour’s written notice
for cancellation of training. A 15% Administration fee of the total course
cost will be charged for cancellation. If less than 48 hours notice is
given, no refund will be payable for cancellation. Non attendance will incur
the full course costs.
