VSTS Essentials for Project Managers and Business Analysts
This one day course is designed to get Project Managers and Business
Analysts up to speed with Visual Studio Team System as quickly as possible. The
courses focuses primarily on the aspects of Team System most useful to PMs and
BAs. You will learn how to efficiently enter requirements into VSTS using
Scenarios, Tasks and Quality of Service Requirements. We also look at defect
tracking and managing project risks. Another key benefit of Team System is the
fully automated reporting that allows PMs and BAs to monitor their projects
more closer than ever before. This course will examine many of the
out-of-the-box reports as well as how to get started creating custom reports.
